Then it suddenly reached its peak...
There's nothing to go but to go down...
To have an economic slow down...
Then it now reach the ground...
The recession...

Recession occurs when people don't want to spend their money...
The US government should encourage the people by implementing fiscal policy...
Fiscal policies like cutting the tax rate to encourage consumers to spend their money...
Or a federal agency like the central bank (counterpart here in the Philippines) should produce more money...
